Job Description

General Job Statement: The position typically reports to the AVP-Operation. Directly responsible for the supervision of project activities on the scope of work assigned to him, coordinates with Construction Manager, Engineering, Surveying and Operations staff to ensure efficient and effective progress of construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Commercial department, As well as with the client, to determine the specifications of the project.

2. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

3. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

4. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

5. Hire and manage contractors and project staff, and allocate responsibilities.

6. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties, subcontractors and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

7. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility of the project.

8. Ensure resource availability and allocation.

9. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and prepare reports.

10. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

11. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

12. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

13. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

14. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

15. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

16. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

17. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

18. Participates in the implementation of the Organization’s Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program.

Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
