Job Description: The Project-in-Charge oversees all phases of the project, from pre-construction to post-construction, providing leadership and coordination among all involved teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan project requirements and activities.
- Implement safety and quality measures within budget.
- Prepare reports on project status and concerns.
- Manage relationships with relevant authorities.
- Monitor project performance.
- Prepare project close-out documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php20,00.00/month
