Job Description
Fiberhome Phils., Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator with at least 4 years of college education. The successful candidate will handle the timely dispatch of SOs and tickets while collaborating with area managers and team leaders.
- Communicate with field personnel
- Prepare reports on completed SOs and tickets
- Check IPMS and WMO for pending SOs and tickets
- Monitor SOs approaching SLA deadlines
- Submit daily summaries to clients
- Coordinate with PLDT counterparts
- Perform clerical and dispatching duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8 hour shift
