Job Description

SEARCA Head Office is seeking a motivated Program Associate to provide technical and administrative support in implementing and monitoring various programs related to the Agriculture, Forestry, and Natural Resources (AFNR) Knowledge Platform. The ideal candidate will assist in project proposal development, regional/national events, knowledge product dissemination, and support research coordination.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Development Communication or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience. Knowledge in knowledge management and agriculture is essential.
