Job Description:
- Implement daily work plans for production personnel.
- Ensure efficient product production adhering to company quality standards.
- Resolve minor operational problems and report issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Perform record-keeping, including attendance of direct employees on a per shift basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree minimum.
- 2 years of experience as a team leader in manufacturing operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong personality and leadership abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php550.00 – Php600.00 per day
