Job Description:
- Manage monthly plans, line capacity, volume requirements, and cycle times with workers.
- Make decisions, solve problems, approve changes to enhance line efficiency.
- Prepare plans for line stops and attend ISO audits ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Compile manpower reports and ensure reporting on line performance to superiors.
- Motivate and supervise staff to meet productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in Automotive Manufacturing.
- BS in Electrical Engineering (preferably board passer); valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills; CAD literacy.
