Job Description
Join our team at Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. as a Production Supervisor! You will ensure the manufacturing process operates smoothly and efficiently by organizing workflows and supervising production personnel. Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning duties, monitoring progress, and reporting production results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO and HACCP systems is a plus.
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
