Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling production operations in the assigned production area to ensure product volume, quality, and timeliness while adhering to good manufacturing practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling production activities and prioritizing tasks
- Documenting and presenting production results
- Supervising functions for productivity and quality
- Updating SOPs and training materials
- Monitoring workflow and implementing cost reductions
- Planning and completing production schedules
Qualifications: Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business; 2+ years in food manufacturing; supervisory experience; strong communication skills; problem-solving ability.
