Job Description
Manna Kimchi seeks a full-time, in-person Production Staff member to produce high-quality kimchi. Roles rotate between Processing (Mon–Sat, 4:00 AM–1:00 PM) and Packing (Tue–Sun, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM).
- Responsibilities: wash, sort, mix, and season ingredients; follow recipes and food-safety/hygiene SOPs; weigh, portion, label, and seal products using FIFO; maintain clean workstations and equipment; meet production targets and report quality or packaging issues.
- Qualifications: high school graduate minimum; physically fit for repetitive tasks; responsible and honest. No prior experience required—training provided.
- Compensation: from Php510.00/day. Staff meals provided.
