Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Purchasing Assistant to manage the procurement of indirect production materials. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating the best quotes, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also handle payment requisitions and prepare related reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- 1 year of purchasing experience required.
- Strong negotiation and vendor identification skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Analytical, self-starter, assertive, and goal-oriented.
- Fresh graduates with potential are encouraged to apply.
