Job Description
First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. seeks a Production Planner to develop and manage efficient manufacturing schedules that align materials, labor, and equipment with demand to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.
- Key responsibilities: create daily/weekly/monthly schedules, coordinate resources, manage inventory, collaborate on demand planning, optimize processes, resolve bottlenecks, and report performance metrics.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; minimum 4 years of production planning experience (electronics preferred); strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control, ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and LEAN methodologies.
- Skills: strong analytical ability, clear communication, and effective cross-department collaboration.
