Job Description
At Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc. (PCPPI), we are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. You will manage production by executing manufacturing standards and ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes producing high-quality products on schedule while optimizing costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred licensed)
- 5 years of experience in food, beverage, or consumer manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of production operations, especially in bottling
