Job Description
Integrated Computer Systems (PH) is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Staff member to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Procurement for printed materials, event materials, giveaways, and special projects
- Vehicle rental and transportation services processing
- Timely processing of PRs/RFPs, payment releasing, and liquidation
- Petty cash management
- Consolidating gift lists and handling processing transmittals and labels
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the GSD Manager
- Assisting with departmental activities
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in business
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and an effective planner
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City
