Job Description

Farm Fresh Milk Incorporated is seeking a Procurement Assistant to assist in auditing documentation, managing procurement processes, and evaluating suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the audit of documentation and contract terms.
• Gather sellers’ lists and check approved Purchase Requests.
• Provide product receipts based on procurement requirements.
• Handle supplier accreditation and evaluate contractors.
• Participate in price negotiations and manage inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00 – Php25,00/month
