Job Summary:
The role supports the implementation of Meralco’s Customer Process Excellence Assurance to achieve various goals in:
- Developing and integrating quality assurance plans for customer service processes
- Monitoring and enhancing quality assurance programs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supporting new programs, innovations, and digital transformation
- Conducting studies and investigations on customer service transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
