Job Description

Masaito Development Corporation is seeking a skilled Pricing Officer/Pricing Specialist to generate value for stakeholders by providing sound support in our product pricing practices within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend assumptions for new real estate products.
• Develop pricing models aligned with product features.
• Recommend premium rates to meet profitability standards.
• Support product initiatives and design changes.
• Analyze profitability and key risks of company properties.

Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
