Job Description
Metacom BPO is on the lookout for a dedicated Premium Telco Account Manager to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing personalized consulting services, IT-enabled support, and business process outsourcing tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries related to mobile, broadband, and billing issues. The ideal candidate will possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or within a TELCO account.
This is a full-time position located in Quezon City, Philippines, with work hours from Monday to Friday.
