Job Description
Manage chip and cash transactions in the poker room with precision and efficiency, including buy‑ins, cash‑outs, chip exchanges, and accurate balancing of cash drawers. Provide courteous customer service, verify government‑issued identification, and adhere to anti‑fraud and regulatory procedures. Prepare and submit daily financial reports in a timely manner.
- Requirements: strong numeracy, meticulous attention to detail, and high integrity.
- Preferred: prior cash‑handling or gaming experience and basic computer proficiency.
- Availability: flexible schedule including nights and weekends; reliable, honest team player.
