The Plant Manager oversees production and quality control, ensuring compliance with company standards in cost control, waste reduction, and safety. Responsibilities include:

• Managing policy deployment in lean manufacturing.
• Setting and improving a transparent KPI system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
