Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
• Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
• Match customer demands to our products and services.
• Use influencing abilities to gain customer buy-in.
• Share specific information with internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 Year of BPO/Customer Service Experience.
• High School/SHS/College graduate.
• Good to Above Communication Skills.
• Willing to work onsite with flexible schedules.

Pay: Php26,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
