Job Description
Mother Teresa of Calcutta Medical Center seeks a PhilHealth Associate to manage patient records and ensure accurate claims processing. Responsibilities include safekeeping patient files; verifying member eligibility via the HCI Portal; generating PBEFs and PhilHealth Claim Form 4; preparing and certifying required documents; calculating PhilHealth benefits using case rates; coordinating with Billing; submitting RTH, inpatient, outpatient, and hemodialysis claims through eClaims to PhilHealth Regional Office II; and uploading supporting documents to BIZBOX.
