Job Description
Access Healthcare is excited to invite motivated Pharmacy Graduates to become a part of our Blended (Voice and Back Office) Healthcare Customer Service Representative team. In the role of Pharmacy CSR, you will be responsible for engaging with patients to relay their information and requests to healthcare providers and pharmacies through telephone communication. Additionally, you will assist members in identifying any barriers that may hinder their ability to collect medications.
