• Answering inquiries from various channels: Facebook, Viber, text messages, and phone calls.
• Preparing confirmed orders.
• Dispensing medications to delivery riders and patients.

This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
