Course Required: Bachelor in Office Administration

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare billings
• Perform secretarial tasks
• Type and draft business correspondences and documents
• Make travel reservations and hotel accommodations
• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents
• Remind appointments and commitments
• Schedule and confirm tentative appointments
• Prepare lecture materials and presentations (MS PowerPoint)
• Perform other assigned functions as needed

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
