Job Description

SMA Support Services is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for a permanent, work-from-home position. We invite applicants who can start immediately and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO industry. Candidates with over 3 years of team leadership experience will be given additional consideration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a background in customer service, and experience in appointment setting. A willingness to work graveyard shifts and a home office setup that meets our requirements are essential, along with a stable internet connection.

The compensation for this role is Php 44,659.05 per month, with benefits including paid training and the flexibility of working from home.
