Job Description
Infinity Strategic Management Solutions Inc. in partnership with Zagu/Spencer Foods Corp. is seeking a People Operations Associate Manager.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig. Responsibilities include overseeing daily HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing performance management programs, and enforcing HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Human Resources or related field
- HR Management and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in Performance Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proficient with HR software
Pay: Php 35,00.00 – Php 45,00.00 per month
