Job Description
Asticom Group of Companies is seeking a committed Payroll Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Final Pay processing and tracking, extracting relevant reports, and addressing inquiries regarding Final Pay from resigned employees. Additionally, the role involves preparing certificates and issuing BIR Form 2316 for those employees. Collaboration with the Employee Relations team and Operations Managers/HR Business Partners to understand attrition reasons is essential. Proficiency in Excel is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 18,00.00 – Php 25,00.00 monthly
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
Work Location: In-person
