Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Experience in updating databases and handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
