Job Description
We seek a Patient Experience Officer to promote patient-centered care through clear communication, timely issue resolution, and continuous service improvement. The role greets and guides patients, coordinates between clinical teams and families, administers satisfaction surveys, and analyzes feedback to recommend workflow enhancements. The officer also supports patient education and maintains accurate records.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
