Job Description
Superstaff is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to manage customer inquiries and complaints. This role at our corporate office collaborates with the Sales Support & Liaison Team Lead and Operations Supervisor to enhance the satisfaction of our customers, vendors, and business associates.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via various channels and provide product information.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain customer records and interactions.
- Utilize knowledge of products to address inquiries.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
