Job Description
- Read catalogs or computer displays in order to determine replacement parts stock numbers and prices.
- Determine replacement parts as required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customer’s descriptions of malfunctions.
- Receive and fill telephone orders parts.
- Fill customer orders from stock.
- Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
- Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
- Take inventory of stock, and manage the stocking level.
- Advice customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available.
- Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money.
- Mark and store parts in the stockroom according to prearranged system
- Place new merchandise on display.
- Observe and promotes 5S in work all the times.
- Prepare and submit monthly/weekly reports necessary to Aftersale Manager.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by superior..
- Ships the parts and warranty core to suppliers or origin by coordinating with the forwarder for pick up then ship out, depending on the arrival of warranty parts
