Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- 6 months work experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimal supervision capability
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Gorgias experience is a plus
Must be flexible with work hours and have good attendance history.
Training is 8 hours a day.
