Job Description

Join Sycwin Coating and Wires, Inc. as a Paint Production Assistant Supervisor. In this role, you will effectively manage production processes, supervise personnel assignments, and submit reports to the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• Integrity and trustworthiness
• Basic management and supervisory skills
• Experience in paint manufacturing is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome!
