Job Description
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. You will provide accurate information regarding our products and services while efficiently resolving customer complaints.
No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive training.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends are off.
Qualifications:
– Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
– Basic proficiency in phone and computer usage
– Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residency
– High school diploma required
– Proficiency in English is preferred.
Compensation: Up to Php 26,00.00 per month, inclusive of benefits.
