Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Out Patient Billing Associate to coordinate out-patients for medical services, ensure accurate coding of diagnostic examinations and procedures, and issue charge slips.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing clerical and administrative support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Issuing correct charge slips for procedures.
• Coordinating with the ER Department regarding unsettled charges.
• Reconciling all charges before the end of your shift.
• Handing over any unsettled charges to the incoming encoder.

Job Type: Full-time
