Job Description
Yadara is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Specialist to manage the entire order lifecycle from entry to fulfillment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately using our order management system.
- Verify order details, including pricing and customer information.
- Maintain records of orders, changes, and cancellations.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in order processing or customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree required; 3 years of work experience.
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
