Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system.
- Verify order details, including product information, quantities, and shipping addresses.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and address inquiries.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records related to order processing activities.
- Assist with inventory management and stock updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
