Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY: Doxa7 Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to monitor system alerts, respond to issues, and execute actions based on flowcharts. This role includes basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
WORK SCHEDULE: TBD – Pacific Daylight Time, following Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time | WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, experience in operations or customer support, basic technical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills are required.
