Job Description
GeBBS is seeking an Operations Manager to lead US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) transitions. The role requires developing client-specific transition plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and serving as the primary client contact.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 8–12 years’ project management experience in Healthcare RCM; current Manager/Assistant Manager preferred; strong knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations; excellent communication, negotiation, and multi-project management skills; PMP a plus.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent; in-person at MOA Pasay, Mandaluyong, Ortigas, and Eastwood with travel across sites. Salary from Php90,00/month.
