Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dependable Operations Assistant to provide administrative and tenant support at a designated XentroMall location. Ideal candidates are business graduates or graduates in related fields; mall or hotel experience is preferred but strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include:
- Screening calls, drafting correspondence, and maintaining files
- Verifying billings, coordinating documents, and managing tenant concerns
- Multitasking with strong organizational, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Candidates must be willing to work six days per week during mall operating hours and be on-site at the assigned XentroMall.
