Job Description

Flatplanet is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Operations team in managing key operating systems. This position requires strong engagement skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS 365. You will collaborate with sales, recruitment, and customer success teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor management systems and provide user support.
• Coordinate tech projects with stakeholders.
• Conduct audits on Bullhorn “Job Order” for compliance.
• Maintain database integrity and manage the Operations email box.
• Format CVs for recruitment teams.

Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Bullhorn, FieldGlass, and Beeline, with experience in supporting recruitment teams.
