Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily junket operations and coordinating with various departments.
- Building strong relationships with VIP clients and resolving customer issues.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international gaming regulations.
- Managing the financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Establishing a safe environment for clients and staff while addressing potential risks.
