Job Description

SGS – Sapient Global Services, located in Makati, is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Online Travel Agent. We welcome candidates with strong English communication skills from diverse educational backgrounds, such as high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates.

This full-time, permanent role requires on-site availability and a shifting schedule. Responsibilities include managing customer calls and assisting with product inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
