Job Description

Are you ready to make a difference as an Online Ticketing Agent at SapientBPO in Makati? In this role, you will:

• Assist customers with their inquiries.
• Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Ideal candidates should have:

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
• Good Communication Skills.
• 6 months of BPO experience or a college graduate without BPO experience.
