Job Description
Shawarma Shack Fastfood Corporation is seeking an Online Support Staff to ensure our stores on food delivery platforms like Food Panda and Grab adhere to company policies. Key responsibilities include monitoring store operations, reporting inactive stores, providing sales performance data, and addressing app inquiries.
The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Management, Computer Science, or relevant experience, along with at least 2 years in a similar role, is required.
Pay starts at Php 18,00.00 per month.
