Job Description

SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati is seeking an Online Hotel Reservation Specialist. Qualifications include good English communication skills, willingness to start ASAP, and the ability to work on-site in a shifting schedule. We accept high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates.

In this role, you will manage customer calls, assist with product inquiries, handle orders, and ensure a positive customer experience. We offer a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month.
