Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.

- Match customer demands with client products, solutions, and services.
- Use persuasive skills to recover from objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
