Job Description
SGS is seeking a dedicated Online Chat Booking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming and follow-up calls, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. Accurate record-keeping and timely updates of customer information are also essential responsibilities.
This full-time, permanent position is perfect for recent graduates, offering a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance, comprehensive training, and opportunities for advancement. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift each day.
Requirements
