Job Description

Join our team at SapientBPO in Makati as an Online Chat Booking Specialist! You will assist customers, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.

Needed Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• Good Communication Skills
• 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted)
• College graduate without BPO experience
