Job Description
We invite you to be part of our dynamic team at SapientBPO MAKATI! As an Online Chat Booking Specialist, you’ll assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries.
- Resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records.
Qualifications: High School Graduate or ALS Graduate, good communication skills, and preferred 6 months BPO experience.
Salary: ₱18,00 – ₱27,00/month.
